This plan aims to create a modern campus integrating academics, ecology, and culture by inheriting the university’s legacy and blending with the surrounding mountain-sea landscape.
The design features a dual-axis structure: an Academic Axis and a Mountain-Sea Landscape Axis, facilitating organic dialogue between the campus and the city.
A gradient spatial layout transitions from orderly urban forms to free natural arrangements, optimizing the balance between living and learning functions.
Ecological integration is prioritized, maintaining 85% green coverage and forming a network of corridors connecting mountains, sea, lakes, and streams.
Architectural design reinterpret traditional elements like red brick and green tiles, along with symbolic gates and axes, in a contemporary style.
Advanced concepts like sponge campus techniques and low-carbon strategies are employed.
A two-level pedestrian system and networked roads are designed to alleviate traffic congestion.
The campus will be developed in phases to ensure coordinated growth of teaching, research, and coastal areas.
