This commercial complex integrates landscape planning and architectural design with the theme of “Trendy Play within Landscape,” aiming to create a new cultural, commercial, and leisure destination. It adopts a “park + commerce” model to form a landscape corridor connecting Baizhishan Park and the Grand Canal. The landscape is structured around the concept of a “stream,” creating a flowing spatial sequence with six functional zones, including a landscape inner street and interactive entertainment areas. Architectural features include tower blocks inspired by “water” and standalone commercial buildings shaped like “hills,” achieving a modern fusion of architecture and natural elements. The project incorporates cultural creativity, trendy retail, and experiential commerce to form a flexible block space that meets diverse consumer demands.
