Its spatial layout of “One Core, Five Clusters” harmoniously incorporates farmlands, water systems, and green valleys, enhanced by sponge city technologies.
Key initiatives include reviving the “Righteousness” cultural heritage through ancient village restoration and cultural exhibitions, and fostering industrial innovation by introducing smart agriculture and creative markets.
The project emphasizes community co-creation, leveraging New Hope Group’s resources to promote sustainable local income and employment.
As a demonstration project within Ningbo’s “Belt and Road” comprehensive pilot zone, it seeks to set a benchmark for rural revitalization in the Yangtze River Delta region.
