Modern Agricultural Belt Plan – Urban-Rural Demonstration Belt

Project Overview

Modern Agricultural Belt Plan - Urban-Rural Demonstration Belt

This plan aims to create a nationally recognized modern agricultural demonstration zone, centered on rural revitalization and urban-rural integration.
It establishes a “One Core, Five Belts, Five Zones” spatial layout to deeply integrate agriculture, culture, and tourism.
Key initiatives include building a symbiotic “mountain-water-field-village” ecosystem with over 85% green coverage through ecological restoration and sponge village techniques.
The project drives industrial innovation by introducing smart agriculture, wellness tourism, and cultural experiences, forming a diversified “Agriculture + Technology + Culture & Tourism” industrial chain.
Local cultural resources like Hakka, Red Culture, and kiln heritage are leveraged to create distinctive village landscapes and tourism IPs.
A comprehensive digital platform enables integrated rural governance, industrial services, and ecological monitoring.
As a flagship rural revitalization project, it explores a pathway for transforming ecological assets into economic value, providing a model for coordinated urban-rural development in the Greater Bay Area.
