In-depth Urban Design of Chengdu Future Science & Technology City

This project is the core launch area of Chengdu Future Science & Technology City, aiming to create a world-class applied science center and innovation hub.
Its “One Core, Two Axes” spatial framework integrates an ecological green valley, smart transportation, and public service systems.
The scope covers in-depth urban design, public space landscape planning, traffic system optimization, and conceptual architectural proposals.
Key design principles emphasize green ecology (e.g., sponge city, low-carbon buildings), smart convenience (e.g., autonomous vehicles, intelligent facilities), and open sharing.
It seeks to inject technological vitality into the Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone and serve as a demonstration model for regional development.
