Its target customers include families from nearby cities for holiday getaways, couples traveling from other places, and business people on business trips or attending meetings.

The designers have incorporated a large number of courtyard green plants into the building, integrating outdoor landscapes into the indoor space. The building facade draws on the gentle, winding beauty of rivers and the sense of layered horizontality, creating a flowing posture of the building. At the same time, it incorporates the characteristics of double eaves and overhanging eaves of local traditional architecture, enriching the roof curves and reproducing the beauty of tradition in a modern style.
