Hikvision Chengdu Science and Technology Park

This project is located by Xinglong Lake in Tianfu New Area, Chengdu, covering a land area of approximately 178 mu (about 118,667 square meters) with a total construction area of 350,000 square meters. It is the largest high-tech industrial park of Hikvision in Southwest China.
The park is divided into East and West plots, including four buildings. The West Plot consists of one R&D office building and one supporting catering building; the East Plot includes one R&D office building and one comprehensive supporting building. The R&D office buildings are 7 stories high, while the supporting buildings are 2-3 stories high.
