Located on Tianfu Fifth Street in Chengdu High-Tech Zone, this project encompasses a landscape area of approximately 34,000 sqm. It integrates retail commerce, supermarkets, cinemas, apartments, and hotels into an inward-focused urban commercial complex.
The design merges commerce with park elements, creating “The Most Accessible Kilometer.” Building on traditional planning, we introduced three groundbreaking design innovations:
