The plan establishes a “One Core, Multiple Zones” functional layout.
Key features include ecological restoration through conservation and economic demonstration forests, and the introduction of native plant communities.
It empowers culture and tourism by developing diverse formats such as farming experiences and wellness activities within themed zones.
A multi-level road system is designed to connect cycling, hiking, and shuttle networks, enhancing accessibility.
As an ecological landmark for Hebi City, the project supports the city’s application for National Forest City status and promotes urban-rural integration.
