Fengxian Green Loop Concept Plan – “Boundless Virtue, Heart Born of River & Sea“

This plan centers on the integration of urban, rural, and wild spaces to create a sustainably operated community green loop for the new city.
It aims to build a “boundless loop” that transforms ecological resources into an urban brand.
Key strategies include enhancing ecological resilience by increasing forest coverage from 29% to 48% and water surface from 11% to 13%.
Green and smart industrial scenes will be introduced, supported by club-style community operations.
Local cultural resources, such as Jianghai culture and Gangshen historical sites, are incorporated across eight themed zones.
The project emphasizes low investment, incremental development, and long-term operation to build a unique ecological and cultural landmark for Fengxian New City.
